Message	if we start sending emails or voicemails to these "sub standard" suppliers, they will see an immediate and poor reaction to their way of doing business. I am sending them my opinion and so should everyone. By doing this we can have a positive effect on some and hopefully we all win. We get better service and vendors keep us as loyal customers.
